Janice Levy
MSN, APRN, CPNP-PC, NC-BC,BBA
As a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and experienced Wellness Coach, Janice, brings over 13 years of experience supporting families through some of their most vulnerable moments—both in the NICU and at home. Blending clinical expertise with compassionate coaching, she specializes in helping new parents navigate the emotional and physical transition into life with a newborn, whether their journey began in intensive care or a traditional birth setting.
Janice’s approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based guidance, and whole-person wellness. She supports parents in managing stress, rebuilding confidence, fostering strong parent-baby bonds, and creating sustainable self-care routines during the newborn period and beyond. Her individualized coaching meets parents where they are—without judgment, and with heart.
When she’s not coaching or caring for tiny patients, you’ll find her enjoying quiet mornings with coffee, spending time with her two boys, or advocating for maternal mental health.
